We comply with the My Number Act, the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, other related laws and regulations, and the “Guidelines for the Proper Handling of Specific Personal Information (for Business Operators)” as well as internal company regulations, and handle personal information and specific personal information appropriately.

When we obtain personal information directly from customers, business partners, employees, etc. in writing or other forms, we clearly indicate the purpose of use. In other cases, we will notify or publicly disclose the purpose of use. Unless prior consent is obtained or permitted by law, we will not use personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the stated purpose.
3. Management of Personal Information
To prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, we take necessary measures to appropriately manage personal information of customers, business partners, and employees. We also supervise employees handling personal information and ensure proper management when such handling is outsourced to contractors.
4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
We will not provide personal information to third parties unless prior consent has been obtained (including cases where information is entrusted within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use) or when permitted by law.
5. Disclosure, Correction, and Suspension of Use
If customers, business partners, or employees request notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, or suspension of use of their personal information, we will respond in accordance with applicable laws after confirming their identity.
6. Provision of Specific Personal Information
Except where permitted by law, we will not provide specific personal information of business partners or employees to third parties.
7. Security Control Measures
We take necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and specific personal information. We also provide appropriate supervision for employees and contractors (including subcontractors) who handle such information. Additionally, we have established separate internal regulations regarding security management.
8. Internal Management System
We appoint responsible personnel to manage personal information and specific personal information of customers, business partners, and employees, and strive to maintain a sufficient security management system through continuous improvement.
